Building Better Brain Health, Slowing Cognitive Decline
Sponsored by:

Age-related loss of memory and brain function is a valid concern and one of the greatest fears of many individuals. The fact is, even though aging is inevitable, cognitive decline doesn’t have to be. An abundance of research supports the benefits from dietary and lifestyle interventions as part of an overall care plan to optimize brain health. In this engaging presentation, Dr. Cheryl Burdette will merge her vast clinical experience with current peer-reviewed research to provide unique perspectives and evidence-based strategies for supporting brain health. Participants will gain a better understanding of the nutrients and phytonutrients that are essential for brain function, including which ones cross the blood-brain barrier, thus having the potential to sharpen cognitive function and reduce the risk of cognitive decline.
