Happy International Integrative Health Day
Each year, January 23 is International Integrative Health Day and we at Integrative Practitioner wanted to take a moment to recognize you for being invaluable members of the healing community.
This day is about coming together and inspiring worldwide dialog, education, collaboration, research initiatives, and programming about medicine that is patient-centered, holistic, economically and environmentally sustainable, and conscious of integrating different global medical systems.

Write a gratitude list
It’s been shown that patients who kept a gratitude journal had inflammatory markers go down. Gratitude is a fantastic stress management tool. Take time to cultivate a grateful heart today and list the things you are thankful for.
Take a moment for mindfulness
Practice deep breathing and focus on that which is in front of you in that moment, without judgement, criticism, or attachment.
