Dr. Lawrence D. Rosen is a board-certified general pediatrician committed to family-centered, holistic child health care. He practices primary care in northern New Jersey and consults at the Joseph M. Sanzari Children's Hospital at Hackensack University Medical Center, serving as Chief of Pediatric Integrative Medicine and as medical advisor to the Deirdre Imus Environmental Center. Dr. Rosen is a nationally recognized expert in Pediatric Integrative Medicine, acting as Chair of the Integrative Pediatrics Council (IPC) (www.integrativepeds.org), a non-profit group dedicated to transforming children's health care.  The IPC coordinates the annual Pangea Conference and hosts a professional integrative pediatrics listserv and the integrative pediatrics blog, “The Whole Child.”  He is a founding member of the American Academy of Pediatrics Provisional Section on Complementary, Holistic and Integrative Medicine.  Dr. Rosen is a graduate of New York Medical College and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and he completed his residency and chief residency in pediatrics at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York.
